London & Glow is a trade name of Sundeep Varma Professional Corporation.

These terms apply to londonandglow.ca, general enquiries, consultation requests and services provided at London & Glow. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully. Service-specific information and consent discussed with your practitioner also apply to treatment.

Website content is general educational information. It is not a diagnosis, personal medical advice, a prescription, or a substitute for assessment by an appropriate regulated health professional. Do not delay seeking care because of something read here.

Services are available only when the responsible practitioner considers them appropriate after consultation. Age, medical history, medication, anatomy, expectations and the practitioner’s regulated or non-regulated scope may affect eligibility.

A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be offered and does not oblige you to proceed. Your practitioner will discuss suitable options, alternatives, material risks, limitations, recovery, price and consent before treatment. London & Glow may decline treatment or recommend another care pathway when appropriate.

Dr Varma is the sole London & Glow practitioner for injectable and prescription-related treatments, including PRP and intimate-wellness injections.

Hemel Mandalia provides non-prescription aesthetic skincare consultations, microneedling and chemical peels. He does not diagnose, prescribe or perform injectable treatment at London & Glow, and does not provide dental services in Canada through the clinic.

London & Glow does not provide medical menopause assessment or HRT. Medical menopause care that Dr Varma provides through Capilano Medical Centre & Walk-in is a separate service with separate booking, records, fees and clinic responsibilities. A London & Glow enquiry or appointment does not create a Capilano booking or record, and the reverse is also true.

Public consultation prices are shown in Canadian dollars on the Pricing page. Treatment pricing is available by telephone. Applicable taxes, if any, are confirmed before payment. The final price and treatment plan are confirmed before consent.

London & Glow services are privately paid and are not covered by the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP). Stripe handles complete card details when online card payment is offered; London & Glow retains transaction information needed for booking, accounting and support.

A $50 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward the amount due.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A late cancellation forfeits the $50 deposit. A missed appointment may also forfeit the $50 deposit. If London & Glow cancels an appointment, you may reschedule or receive a refund of the affected advance payment.

Other refunds are assessed under the treatment-specific agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes a refund or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responses to aesthetic treatment vary. Photographs, illustrations, education and descriptions do not promise that you will experience a particular change, duration or outcome. London & Glow does not guarantee a particular result.

Follow the aftercare and review instructions given for your treatment. Seek urgent or emergency care when symptoms require it rather than relying on the website or public contact form.

Unless stated otherwise, website text, graphics, branding, photographs and design are owned by or licensed to Sundeep Varma Professional Corporation. You may view and make a personal copy for non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, misrepresent, scrape for unlawful purposes or remove rights notices without permission.

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, impersonate another person or submit unlawful, harmful or misleading material.

Links to the clinic system, Capilano Medical Centre, maps, social platforms and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own content, availability, privacy and terms. A link does not mean London & Glow controls or endorses every statement on the external site.

We may correct, update, suspend or withdraw website content. We take reasonable care but do not promise that the public website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Use general website information with appropriate professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, London & Glow is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website content or by a third-party site outside its control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits professional duties, liability, consumer rights or any other right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Alberta courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that provides otherwise.

We may update these terms when services, practices or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the published version. Terms specifically agreed for an existing booking continue to apply as required by that agreement and applicable law.
