Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers are well tolerated at any age and are fully reversible with hyaluronidase if needed. We conduct a full medical assessment before any treatment to ensure suitability.

This varies by product and placement. Cheek fillers typically last 12–18 months, lip fillers 6–9 months, and under-eye treatments 9–12 months. Skin that is less hydrated (common in menopause) may metabolise filler slightly faster, which we factor into your plan.

We apply topical anaesthetic before treatment and most fillers contain lidocaine. Patients typically describe a mild pressure sensation rather than pain. We go at your pace throughout the treatment.

We treat cheeks, temples, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lips, chin, and the under-eye area. After your consultation, we will recommend a prioritised plan based on your individual anatomy and goals.

Pre-treatment: avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, and blood-thinning supplements (fish oil, vitamin E) for one week, and alcohol for 24 hours. Arrive with clean skin. Post-treatment: some swelling and bruising is normal for 3–7 days. Avoid extreme heat for two weeks, vigorous exercise for 24 hours, and dental procedures for two weeks. Arnica gel can help with any bruising.
