You'll be welcomed by your physician in a calm, private room — no rushed waiting area, no pressure. This time is entirely yours.
Understanding you
We begin with a conversation about your goals, health history, skin concerns, and where you are in your hormonal journey. Nothing is too small to mention.
Expert assessment
Your physician will examine your skin and facial anatomy under optimal lighting, explaining what they observe and how it relates to your concerns.
An honest treatment plan
We'll outline what we recommend, why, what results are realistic, and what the investment looks like — with no obligation to proceed on the day.

There are no silly questions here. We want you to leave knowing exactly what's involved so you can make a fully informed decision in your own time.
How to prepare
There is very little you need to do before your consultation. A few things that make the appointment run smoothly:
Clean skin
Come with minimal or no makeup — this allows your doctor to properly assess your skin in natural light.
Your medication list
If you take any prescription medications, having a list is helpful — particularly blood thinners, which affect some treatments.
Your questions
Write them down beforehand if that helps. No question is too basic — we want you to leave with everything answered.
Your goals
It helps to have thought about what bothers you most, or what you would change if you could. You do not need a technical answer — just what you notice.

Do I need to know what treatment I want before I book?
Not at all. Many patients come in simply curious — unsure what is possible or even where to start. The consultation is designed to answer exactly those questions without any pressure.
How long is the consultation?
We allow 45–60 minutes for a first consultation. This is enough time to have a thorough conversation, examine your skin, and discuss options in full — without rushing.
Is there any pressure to book a treatment?
None whatsoever. We will outline a recommendation and the investment involved, but you are always free to go away and think. Many patients book their first treatment weeks or months later — we are here when you are ready.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. If you are on any prescription medications, a list is helpful — but not essential. Come with clean skin if possible, and no heavy makeup. Comfortable clothing is fine.
Is the $50 deposit refundable if I decide not to proceed?
Yes — the $50 consultation deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed with any treatment. It is simply there to secure your appointment time.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course. You are very welcome to bring a partner, friend, or family member. We ask that the consultation room remains a calm space, so we would typically recommend one companion.
