How to prepare

  • • Bring an up-to-date medication and allergy list.
  • • Arrive with clean skin where practical.
  • • Note previous treatments, products and any important dates.
  • • Bring your questions and the change you would like to discuss.

Arriving at Circle Square

From the entrance to our door

  1. Use the main entrance of the main building.
  2. Enter the building-entry PIN provided by the clinic on the entrance intercom shown here. Check your appointment email before travelling.
  3. Take the lift to the second floor.
  4. Turn left when you exit the lift. London & Glow is at the end of the corridor, in Unit 240.

If you have not received your PIN, email hello@londonandglow.ca before your visit. Please keep the entry PIN private.

Booking and cancellation guide

The applicable consultation fee is shown before you confirm and reserves time with your practitioner. It is a consultation fee, not a promise that treatment will be suitable or provided.

A $50 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward the amount due. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A late cancellation forfeits the $50 deposit. A missed appointment may also forfeit the $50 deposit.

If London & Glow needs to cancel, you may reschedule or receive a refund of the affected advance payment. Any treatment-specific price, deposit and refund conditions will be shown and agreed before treatment.
