What to ask about your treatment quote

Treatment pricing is available by telephone. Confirm the area, proposed product and amount, what is included, and the total for the proposed plan. Ask about session or course costs, home-care products, follow-up and any future maintenance. Applicable taxes, if any, are confirmed before payment; the final price and treatment plan are confirmed before consent.

A treatment plan is individual. Read the payment and cancellation conditions.

Deposit

A $50 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward the amount due.

Changes and missed visits

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A late cancellation forfeits the $50 deposit. A missed appointment may also forfeit the $50 deposit.
